Bonifacio Global City (BGC), is a 26sq km rich financial and lifestyle district in Manila, Philippines. Established after the sale of Fort Bonifacio military camp in 1995, a major urban development and business district was planned, which would to have its own substantial utilities able to service a small city. Australian Water Technologies (AWT, formerly Sydney Water) designed the Water Filtration Plant and Sewerage Treatment Plant and commissioned Latter Rain to deliver all the structural documentation.

The design delivery was so successful that from then on Latter Rain handled all AWT’s major projects. That experience led to EGIS Consulting (now GHD) engaging Latter Rain for the entirety of their infrastructure projects including large post-tensioned concrete tanks, liquid waste Facilities and many, many large Sewerage Treatment Plants all over Australia.
